规收费岛模具采用的全部都是钢板焊接的,而常规收费岛模具采用岛头、岛尾以及中间的连接带构成整套模板。一般混凝土收费岛使用次数会在500次以上,而且各个高速口使用的收费岛规格。常规收费岛模具在使用的时候需要注意一下几点:

Some points should be paid attention to when using the conventional toll island mould:
(1)不要受潮结硬。受潮结硬的水泥会降低甚至丧失原有强度,所以对已受潮成团或结硬的水泥,须过筛后使用,筛出的团块搓细或碾细后一般用于次要工程的砌筑砂浆定州苗木 保定通风管道 丝网立柱模具 尼龙输送带 保定防水 保定空压机 高碑店养老院或抹灰砂浆。对一触或一捏即粉的水泥团块,可适当降低强度等级使用。(2)不要曝晒速干。混凝土或抹灰如操作后便遭曝晒,随着水分的迅速蒸发,其强度会有所降低,甚至完全丧失。(3)不要负温受冻。混凝土或砂浆拌成后,如果受冻,其水泥不能进行水化,兼之水分结冰膨胀,则混凝土或砂浆就会遭到破坏。(4)不要高温酷热。如经常处于高温酷热条件下,会有强度损失,这是由于高温条件下,某些原料在高温条件下也会分解或体积膨胀。(7)不要水多灰稠。人们常常忽视用水量对混凝土强度的影响,施工中为便于浇捣,有时不认真执行配合比,而把混凝土拌得很稀。多余的水分蒸发后便会在混凝土中留下很多孔隙,这些孔隙会使混凝土强度降低。(8)不要受酸腐蚀。酸性物质与水泥中的某些物质会发生反应,生成物体积松散、膨胀,遇水后极易水解粉化。

(3) Do not freeze at negative temperature. When concrete or mortar is mixed, if it is frozen, its cement cannot be hydrated, and water freezes and expands, then concrete or mortar will be destroyed. (4) Do not be hot and hot. If it is often in high temperature and hot conditions, there will be strength loss, which is due to the decomposition or volume expansion of some raw materials under high temperature conditions. (7) Do not make water grey and thick. People often neglect the influence of water consumption on concrete strength. In order to facilitate pouring and tamping, sometimes mixing concrete is very sparse without careful implementation of mix proportion. When excess water evaporates, it will leave many holes in concrete, which will reduce the strength of concrete. (8) Do not be corroded by acid. Acidic substances react with some substances in cement, resulting in loose volume, expansion and easy hydrolysis and pulverization when exposed to water.
